The Farm LLP was founded in 2022 by two former in-house tech attorneys Amar Moon and Miko Suarez with experience handling commercial contracts at companies such as Meta (fka Facebook), Snap (Snapchat), SanDisk (acquired by Western Digital), and Fox. 

Innovators at heart and looking to disrupt how traditional law firms operate, they founded The Farm LLP, a modern, subscription-based, tech-focused law firm that takes an in-house approach to providing outside counsel. Anchored by the success of their firm, they are constantly exploring other ways to bring highly efficient, innovative, scalable, and low cost solutions to the world of contract review.
